Hurricane Fiona slams Grand Turk as it leaves behind flooding and power outages in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. The Carnival Corporation (CCL) Grand Turk Cruise Center was spared the worst. Six upcoming Carnival Cruise Line itineraries have been modified on Carnival Vista due to propulsion issues. Norwegian Cruise Line (NCLH) has made changes to the specialty dining perk for Latitudes Rewards members.
