Carnival Corporation brand (CCL) Princess Cruises has canceled 11 sailings aboard Diamond Princess citing ongoing crew shortages across the fleet. Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) has dropped its vaccine requirement and is no longer requiring a negative test result from vaccinated passengers. Tourism in Jamaica has almost fully recovered since the pandemic from both land and cruise vacationers.
