Carnival Cruise Line has made permanent cuts to onboard services, such as the pizza being 24 hours and birthday cakes in the main dining room. New Zealand has finally lifted its cruising ban as of July 31, 2022. Princess Cruises has adjusted more itineraries that were set to visit Skagway. Alaska cruises are being rerouted to Sitka and Icy Strait Point until the impending rockslide issue gets resolved.
